Good players and all pro golfers have shifted their weight to their front leg--lifting their back foot heel, LONG before impact.  They start the weight shift, the "posting" move, AS they complete their backswing.

In this video the PivotForPower is on my front shoe.  It sounds each time I plant my heel.  The goal is to hear the SwingSetter set on top, then the heel tone from the PVP, then the release click.   A good transition weight shift.
